From when you start bath time to when you leave their room? Do you sit with them whilst they fall asleep?

Just moved my son (he’s 4) into his room and the room has a boiler in. I don’t know if I’m just being paranoid but he’s my baby and I’m worried in case of a gas leak or anything happening, I have loads of stuff in that cupboard where the boiler is, is that safe or is there a risk of a fire? I overthink very much and I don’t know if I’m just being silly

My son has just turned 4 and still int out of pull ups-we was doing go with the potty then he went to his dads for a weekend and gone backwards ever since, any tips on how to encourage him to get onto the potty again as nothing is working atm and he starts primary school in September 🙈🙈

This is our 3 and a half year old at home she's doing really well with potty she's started using the toilet now, but when we are out and about or she's in nursery she will not use the potty and using pull ups is there advice on what we can do please
