Going out

Night out as anxious mum

Hello mums! Basically i have never been on a night out before. Now my son started school and the mums of his class want to all meet up for a night out for drinks to get to know each other and just meet. I really want to go but im not confident at all. Also i dont drink alcohol so what can i order? What do i wear? Do people walk in alone then find whoever they will chill with or do they walk in in groups? I just have a thought everyone will be looking at me. Help tips and everything pls❀️❀️

Activities for kids

iPad/ tablet games for 4 year old

My daughter never has her tablet out unless we’re on a plane so we’re going away again and she usually just watches a movie on it but I’d like to get her a game to entertain her for a bit. Does anyone have any recommendations for tablet games their pre schoolers love to play? She obviously already colours, will do puzzles and has her physical toys to play with but I’m looking for advice on tablet games please :) she had a bakery game last where you make cakes but it’s a bit boring for her now x

Baby milestones

Calling out boy mums! Help.

So my boy has recently found his willy and finds it hilarious.

His language skills are delayed so telling him to stop is practically useless 🀣 I know he's exploring his body and that is fine but there's a time and a place I feel I dunno he's my first boy so this a new one for me 🀣

Worried about my 3 year old and life as she is so shy and quiet

I was always shy and quiet in school and got bullied for it which didn’t help so naturally I’m worried about my daughter.

She has such a kind heart, always wants to hug everyone and is so polite and sweet. We went on a play date recently with 2 children from her pre school and she just kept hugging the girl. When the girl would run off with the boy, she felt left out and got upset that they weren’t playing with her.

It takes her a long time to warm up to people and transitioning from nursery to pre school was hard as she gets used to people and hates change.

I guess I’m just worried about her and all the changes she will go through. Once she leaves pre school it’s a new school.

Is there anything more I could be doing at home to help her feel confident ?
