Do your 4 year olds use a booster seat when eating at the table to keep them there or do they sit there by themselves? My kid constantly wants to get up and walk around with his food or get up run around play and comes back for a bite.

I recently noticed that my son has a mole on his left leg behind the knee. I am worried because he barely has any and the ones he has are darker and the size of a tip of a needle. This one is bigger and light. It doesn’t bother him. Has anyone seen a similar mole on their child?
