Toddler teeth brushing 😬

Hello! How are we all brushing our toddlers teeth? I tried every toothbrush manual and electric and he just won't do it and won't let me do it. I tried everything songs, ms. Rachel, pinning him down, letting him do it himself but I feel like he isn't doing a great job I don't want his teeth to get decay 😭 at my wits end

Pregnancy test results

Am I pregnant?

Has anyone took the boots pregnancy tests and came up with a positive but it actually be negative? I took one last night and again this morning but don't know if I 100% trust them as they were cheap tests. Anyone experienced ink leaking or false positives with these tests?

Weaning

November 2022 toddlers

Hi All, has anyone got a child born Nov 2022 or that end of the year? We are putting our names down for playschools and confused as to if she should start ECC Sept 2025 or 2026. Local playschool says 2026 but shel be going on 4 then, seems a little old. I was thinking sept 2025 and then see how she gets on, either another year of playschool or junior infants. First child so any advice appreciated. She is in a childminder atm so not worried about social skills etc just thinking about school prep etc.

Baby sleep

4.5 year old having separation anxiety at night

So on and off the the last few weeks my little boy wants me to stay in the room with him at bedtime until he falls asleep. The past few nights however he has been getting really upset if I want to leave the bedroom and is awake until at least 9.30pm when he would normally be asleep by 8.30pm and waking during the night. I'm at my wits end trying to figure out what could be wrong with him. He says nothing is wrong and nothing happened that he just wants me to stay with him. My husband and I had an argument last weekend which we don't think he heard but now I'm doubting that and he stayed with my mother-in-law last Friday night and ended up sleeping in her bed cos he was upset and she didn't want to let him sleep in the other room (she doesn't like seeing him upset at all)

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can help my son at nighttime? Sorry the post is all over the place!!
