Little one is 3 in January. Normally a very hyperactive child that physically does not stop. About 4 weeks ago I noticed he started to slow down and just wants to snuggle up in the sofa and gets tired so easily. So my LO will be 3 in Jan. he’s not napping anymore and he’s suddenly really tired / overtired in the evenings. He’s in bed by 7pm but then has multiple wakings in the night. Should I put him to bed earlier and would this stop the night wakings? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
