I am feeling overwhelmed with anxiety lately. I keep having intrusive thoughts about SIDS. I can’t sleep and my Husband keeps telling me that he’s not going to live in my anxiety and feed into the spirit of it. I don’t want him to but I can’t calm down even with my medication.
