I have never had to change formula but my girl never spit up breastmilk and is spitting up formula.. we never dealt with spit up before(we have other kids). We never used spit up rags..what we didn’t use we gave away. She has plenty of clothes to go thru so no big deal. It’s been two months she still spitting it up.
