C-section Support UK 🇬🇧

(Positive only please❤️) Im having a planned c-section in Feb and this will be my first after 3 naturals due to a few reasons and im just looking for tips, advice and those hacks that no one knows about for preparing, during and healing after wards, any advice would be great 😊

Hey mamas! I’m almost 4 weeks postpartum and have started going for walks again now. Started off with short strolls with little one and my husband and today was the first time I went for a walk and run some errands which felt great to get my confidence going again! Just intrigued to see how other mums post c section are getting on and how long it took to get out walking xx

I didn't have them with my first, but I need to take them for 10 days this C-Section. Any advice or tips?

Are there any slings or baby carriers that are possible to use post csection?? Obviously not straight away but after the first few weeks. This is my 3rd baby and first section, currently have an ergobaby 360 that my 2nd practically lived in but already the thought of using that for a while makes me wince 😅 ideally need one for the school run with my eldest as middle will be in the pram! thank you x

Im 22m pp and I think i might be pregnant. I know they give u an 18m grace period for it to be safe to get pregnant but my question is, can I still have a natural birth or will I be a high risk pregnancy?

Will they push me to go c section?

I haven't been massaging my scar that much or regularly. Will that affect it?

I'm asking you mums because who else is better than chatGPT (i refuse to even touch ai).
