Support Bands
I am due an elected C Section in 2wks; iv seen a lot of information on support bands to aid in recovery. Does anyone have any experience of using them? Im intrigued to see if they are worth it or not?

I've just been told by my partner that we've got a wedding to go in a month 🤦♀️ I have absolutely nothing to wear for it so need some outfit ideas that will help to hide my mum tum overhang, I honestly just feel like a fat potato 😂😂 I'm a size 12/14 for reference
