Perimenopause 🇬🇧

Just done one of these tests & it has come back positive- I am 31 & for the last few months my periods haven’t been normal for me, they are heavier, lasting longer now I’m spotting a week after my period stopped- I’m up to date with my swear literally had one before Christmas, I’m getting vivid dreams, headache, backache my moods have been low but I do have adhd which won’t help 🤦🏻‍♀️

Since I’ve been going through the menopause my sex drive is none existent and my husband is understanding but has adhd and when I say no to him it’s a lot bigger as to him it feels like rejection and that I don’t love him but that’s not the case Can anyone else understand this

This was the only option that didn't involve a birth date or a fertility journey I am not having. I feel awful cause I kinda tricked you

This is a long shot. In the last year I've had so many allergy symptoms at night any time I'm woken up my nose blocks, I sneeze 10-100 times and then simply cannot get back to sleep. I never have this issue if I'm in my room or in bed at any other time apart from during the night. My room isn't dusty. There's no rugs. No pets in house. Bedding is regularly washed. Show 0 allergy symptoms in the day. I honestly have no idea what is going on, I'm sick of being awake for hours every night sneezing

Why are men on this app? I thought it was for women finding support for various reasons 🤔
