I’m Marta, a local mum, and I started MamaCargo with one simple idea:

To create a community where families can connect, support one another, and enjoy the journey together.

Cargo bikes might be what brings us together, but this is about so much more than bikes.

It’s about slowing down. Getting outdoors. Sharing a coffee while the little ones play. Finding new friends. Supporting local families. Creating a village in a city that can sometimes feel surprisingly lonely.

Hiya looking for local mums that would be interested to meet up for a chat/gym/paddle whatever. I don’t have any friends in my area :(

Hi, it's early for me as I'm only 5 weeks pregnant, but I would like to do an early scan in week 7 or 8, for my mental health I need to know that everything is going well (I worry too much).

I would like to know if you have any clinic recommendation? Ideally around Hammersmith, shepherds bush, white city, Notting hill area!

Does anyone know of somewhere affordable that I can take my daughter to get her hair braided? I’m really not very good at doing braids and with her hair getting longer it’s getting harder to do her hair twice a day. I need it to be affordable so that every week or every other week I can afford to take her back there to get fresh ones done. Please only local suggestions, anywhere in the Hammersmith&Fulham or Shepherd’s Bush area
