Can partner and children come into scan room with you?

I am currently using Medela Hospital Grade Pump (Huge one). I had my baby Thursday and due to go home today. What hand free breast pump do people recommend? I need to buy one as it is helping my collostrum come in quicker and supporting baby with breast feeding as it is stimulating my breasts.

I have seen Medela hand free pump and Lansinoh pump which both look good but want actual real people's reviews and recommendations please!
