Hi can anyone recommend swimming lessons for toddlers around the Poole area on Thursdays or Fridays?

Has anyone had a c section recently at Bournemouth hospital can you tell me the experience you had. Was you in your own room afterwards?

Coming up to 21 weeks and my back pain is so painful, I have to lay on the floor flat and even though my hot water bottle does help, it sure as heck won’t forever nor in the summer when it’s warmer. Any tips or tricks would be highly helpful🙏
