Nap and bed time routines?

What time are your almost 2yr olds napping and for how long? And what time do they go to bed? My almost 2yr old normally naps 12-2pm and bed at 7 but has been waking at 5am for weeks now and it’s so exhausting. Last night tried putting him to bed slightly later at 7.30 but he’s still awake at 5am… wondering should we cap the nap? Please help 🫠😴

Multivitamins

Hello I was just wondering if any one has their little one on a multivitamin and which you would recommend. Little one keeps getting ill constantly so thought it wouldn’t harm their immune system to try something

Weaning off milk at night

My daughter is 18 months old and still has two feeds of milk overnight. One at 11pm and then another at 2am. We’ve managed to reduce it down to 4oz but can’t seem to remove it completely. If we don’t give her the bottle she screams so loud and works herself up that much she can make herself sick (while also waking her big sister). My eldest dropped the night feeds by 13 months quite easily.

She eats really well during the day but is a late walker, she still bum shuffles but I think she may begin walking soon.

Any advice welcome πŸ™ do I just ride it out until she starts walking?

Baby sleep

Sleeping

My youngest is closer to 2 yrs than 1 now and he's still not sleeping through the night i don't think he's slept through the night more than 3 or 4 times. He has his own toddler bed in the same room as his older brother (3yrs) who sleeps through the night. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried changing the texture of the bedding, the amount of layers, the texture of pjs, weighted teddies, spraying scents, they have this space projector night light, I've tried music, i just don't know what to do. There's been nights where he'll wake up wake up at like 1-2am and start playing with toys like the day has started and help be wide awake for like an hr sometimes 2. The couple of times I've fallen asleep cuddling him he's stayed asleep till 6am I've been trying for a yr to get him to sleep through the night and settle in his own bed. He does fall asleep in his own bed but only when I'm sat next to him on the floor. If i leave the room he screams till he pukes, the screaming keeps his brother awake and upsets his brother and it works him up and wakes him up so after he's done screaming he won't sleep. I don't leave his line of sight by the way he'll start screaming before i leave the room. I'm honestly lost at this point he's just not sleeping and I'm losing a lot of sleep because of it i can't keep doing it please help

16 month regression 🫠

Is anyone else finding their toddler has hit a regression at 16 months!? She’s having tantrums, fighting her nap, waking up half asleep crying multiple times throughout the night (5 times last night) when even a week or two ago she slept through fine. I know it’s all developmental and there’s no strict rule at this age for a β€œregression” but I was curious if anyone else has found this!
