Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink? I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Travel systems… which one 😅??!

Hey, just wondering if anyone’s bought any travel systems that are affordable (£800 and under). Really don’t want to have to buy a icandy or silver cross travel system for over 1k… I can’t justify that 🤣. Been looking at Joie travel systems and Ickle bubba but please send in recommendations because I don’t know which ones are actually good and worth the price!!

Baby sleep

Fussy sleep

So my LG is 5 months old and has been fighting her naps for the last 2. I will always try to nurse her or rock her to sleep but sometimes she will go down awake with lullabies / pink noise and a dummy.

Sometimes when she is very overtired she will take a while to get to sleep then start crying a bit before she will fall asleep. I usually leave her for a couple of mins and will only pick her up again if she doesn't settle after a few cries out. Even though I'm sat next to her I feel bad.

Is this bad? I absolutely don't want to do cry it out but is this basically the same? I just want her to get rest and I do know the difference between her just trying to sleep cry vs absolutely not going to sleep need mummy cry.

I guess I'm just anxious I'm doing this all wrong and I'm a shitty mother today 😬
