Help needed my 15 month old goes to bed between 6.30 and 7pm but is waking up at 10pm screaming and can take up to two hours to settle him back down I have tried putting him to bed later but still wakes up at the same time any one got any suggestions please

Tummy feeling heavy and tight
Hi im 17 weeks pregnant and my lower belly feels very heavy and tight, im praying this is just round ligament pain, it doesn’t hurt just more uncomfortable than anything, is this normal?

How long did it take you to recover from an elective C section? How long til you could do a walk or go for a meal? I have never done a large amount of exercise so this doesn’t bother me but I do enjoy a walk and would hate to miss out pushing my baby around in the summer
