October 2022 Babies 🇬🇧

Please don’t judge me.. my three year is fully potty trained. He was a late starter but we managed to get him on the potty. He goes himself and he knows when he needs to go. The only thing is he cannot let go of his nappies at nighttime. He’s fine during a nap time he can have his underwear on, but at night time after he’s had his milk he doesn’t want to go bed without a nappy. We’ve tried EVERYTHING. We have bought him the ninja nappies they have that feeling like a nappy/undeewear but he just leaks the bed. I’m genuinely so tired of him wetting the bed. He will come into our room half through the night and we will wake up and our bed is wet. I’m just drained. I wish he would just understand and wake himself up to go toilet. What advice can you give? Am I doing anything wrong? Is there something you can suggest that I haven’t already tried. Honestly at this point I want to throw my mattress in the skip and his. My husband is currently ordering a new mattress as I’m typing this 🥴

Anyone else in a similar boat?

I’m really struggling with my almost 4y old.

It’s been going on much longer than this year, possibly 18 months but I’ve lost track of time.

We welcomed his sibling earlier this month so understandably expected change/more meltdowns but they’re just so intense I don’t know how to help him.

I end up just sitting through them with him & calmly explaining he’s safe/try get to the bottom of what he needs in that moment but mentally I’m struggling with the screaming/shouting/refusal/only wants me to help all whilst juggling a newborn (and so far I’m doing my best to put the eldest first so he doesn’t feel pushed out etc!)

My 4 year old is going through big emotions. Hitting , tantrums , meltdowns have increased 10 fold. I am due with my 2nd next month and stressed about my 1st. My parents are here to help and i feel she is increasingly being bad . Her complaints from nursery has also increased. She is hitting staff during her meltdowns. I am out of options. Please suggest or share your opinions.

Just wondered how everyone is getting on? My little girl is 4 in October and the tantrums are insane. Almost every day now and they are so bad. I feel like no one elses child (that we know) are acting like mine 🙈... it makes me feel like ive done something wrong tbh ☹️. Shes very sensitive, feels like tiniest thing and shes off. Its exhausting and it makes me feel so sad and people now comment etc. Is it normal? Any advice welcome! X

With cold/flu season right around the corner, can anyone recommend any good vitamins to help boost the immune system. My little boy brought home a new cold every week last winter, dreading it this time around again.
