Tips for giving liquid Omeprazole to newborns

My little one is prescribed 3ml of Omeprazole a day, if we try to give it straight as a syringe pointed to the cheek she chokes and cries. If we mix it with her full feeds she refuses the bottle, if we mix it with a little milk she refuses that too. It's really challenging. Does anyone have tips on how to give it?...
