Feel mortified even typing this but my little girl has started hitting and I just dont know how to stop it. Nursery have noticed it and mentioned it today, its been happening at home too if shes having a tantrum or not getting attention (we have a 10 week old baby, who she adores but I get that its been alot of change)

Is or has anyone gone through the same? She's a sweet little girl and I do think its a phase but I just was hoping for some reassurance/advice. Thanks!

If your little one is in nursery & has been for a while, what's your routine for drop off/pick up and then bed times? If they have not dropped their nap, do they nap at nursery?

Our daughter has started getting up in the night (and sometimes during her nap) and needing one of us to lie next to her cot, often holding her hand, to go back to sleep.

She is consistently getting up before 6am as well.

Anyone going through this or through the other side and have any advice please?
