Hey girls) Just out of curiosity, how much do your boys weight and what’s their height? We are at 40lb and about 39.8 inches at 39 months. We don’t have any other boys around that are his age, so I was just curious outside of what google tells me lol

So, I'm having some issues on trying to make my 3yo toddler go to sleep at nights. She's currently going to school, so she wakes up at 6-6:30am and we get her ready by 7am. She has to be at school no later that 7:45am since they give her breakfast there. They eat lunch between 11:30am and 12:15pm, and take a nap between 12:45pn and 1:15pm. Then they have a snack between 2pm and 2:20pm and get out at 2:40pm. I try to have her ready to go to sleep between 6:30pm and 7:30pm but she always end up going to sleep after 8:30pm or 9pm. I try to keep the same routines at home so that it doesn't affect her sleep cycle but somehow she ends up going to sleep late and it's affecting getting her up in the mornings. What can I do that doesn't include melatonin or exercising a few hours before bedtime because I've done that and she has to much energy stored and is not working 🥹

I swear I love my son with every piece of my heart. ❤️ But being a single Black mother is HARD. I’m tired, frustrated, overwhelmed, and honestly at the point where I just want to cry. 😭 Having an inconsistent, absent father who provides nothing makes it even harder. I chose my son, and I don’t regret him for a second. I just never imagined motherhood would feel this lonely and exhausting. 💔

So I've always been told by my mom, my grandma, my mother-in-law, and other women that I would be sad on the first day of school. Usually the reason being because mom's are supposed to miss their Littles and are supposed to be worried or scared. But I find myself feeling the exact opposite today. My one and only started his first day and all I can do is simply enjoy breathing. Knowing I can clean the house uninterrupted, have 2.5hrs of sweet silence, and a moment to be myself rather than 'mom'. Am I crazy? Am I a bad mom?

How to potty train a 3 year old boy. When ever I talk about it he says no and then I put him on he just gets upset with me and keeps saying no. I even offered ways to make it fun and he doesn’t care. Not sure what to do to get him to want to start going potty on the toilet. Any suggestions pls. Thanks
