How many oz/ml is/was your baby on at 3 weeks old and how did you know to move them up an oz? My baby is currently on 4oz every 3-4 hours and is finishing the bottle but wasn’t sure whether to move her to 5oz?

My baby is 5 weeks and is having 150ml of formula (5oz and a half) every 2h and cluster feeds in the evening before bed so can finish a bottle and on to like another 90ml , she is currently on kendamil and is a pretty small baby born 38 weeks and only now 3.8kg Is this normal has anyone else experienced this?
