My son has a small red spot almost like blood right at his right front tooth. I tried wiping it and it didn’t do anything. Does this mean his tooth is coming in? He’s also been quite fussy these last few days. 🫣 or has anyone had this happen? I’m not super worried but I’ve never seen that before!
