Sleep regression/false starts

Hello! I thought we got lucky with our baby and from 6 weeks till about 5 months old he slept through the night...fast forward to now and we put him down and he is guaranteed to wake within the first hour of being down and then every 2 hours max throughout the night-anyone dealt with this and have any tips to fix it?!

Does anyone have any tips to help aid with lengthening sleep cycles. My just 6 month old cant seem to get past 30-40 minutes. Regardless if shes down for independent sleep, pram or car.
