Had a very long and exhausting birth filled with failed epidurals 🤦🏽♀️ 3 days later and I’m still experiencing incontinence when I stand up, cough etc. This is definitely not a topic ANYONE ever mentioned! Anyone experienced this?

Did everyone drop or have signs prior to starting labor:)? I’m 38+3 and have had a few braxton hicks and lightning but nothing else 🙈 Does it sometimes just happen as a complete surprise (fingers crossed)🤞
