What age is best to get the tonies box?

I’m thinking of getting one for my little girl but can’t decided if I should get it this Christmas/birthday or wait until next.
She will be 10 months at Christmas, will she get any use out of it this year?

Family members have started asking what my LO wants for Christmas. I feel like he doesn’t really need too much but he’s got a big family who are all obsessed with him and want to buy (I’m very lucky - not complaining). He’ll be 7 months by then and I was wondering if there’s anything anyone can think of?

Baby shower gift etiquette??

Is it tacky/weird to ask people for either secondhand items (clothes, toys, or books that their kids have outgrown) OR a contribution to a group gift? I don't have a lot of needs or wants left on my registery except 5 big ticket items. And I just....don't need or want any of the smaller items that typically fill a registry except clothes, toys, and books (which I wouldn't want to list specifics for anyway).

I mentioned it to my mom and MIL (who asked to host for me) and they didn't seem enthused by it....so looking for other opinions. 🤷‍♀️ They'll do it if I ask, but I need to make the decision soon.

So I have this small dry erase board and my dad that passed away a few years ago wrote a happy birthday message to me on it dose anyone know of a way I can seal it so it’s permanent and won’t erase I was thinking to pour mod podge over it slowly put I’m scared of it smudging or getting erased

I’ve bought my LO her birthday presents, does anyone have any advice so if there not suitable by the time they arrive I can return them. I feel like I’ve done an awful job at choosing (for the hoover she is absolutely obsessed with our hoover so I thought she’d like it, I don’t know if she’d be too little for it) I don’t know what else to get her or if that’s enough, Christmas is also literally the month after. I also don’t know what to do for her birthday at all.

Is £300-£400 a normal amount to spend on your child’s birthday?

I think that’s so standard when you consider presents, clothes, decorations, cake and an outing. My partner thinks a 2 year olds birthday shouldn’t cost this much as they won’t remember it and I get what he’s saying but the cost of everything is so expensive I think it’s hard for it not to cost that much.

Hey y'all, so me and my husband's wedding anniversary is coming up next month and I wanna buy him two really important presents...the only thing is I'm broke. But I've been trying to get a cookie business off the ground and I've been wondering if I could sell about 25 cookies before October ($3 per cookie). Btw the two presents I really wanna give him are a hat with his name customized with each letter having a Bible verses (he had one before but he lost it, been missing a lot so I'm wanting to get him the exact same one) and some bone conduction headphones for work (in ear headphones don't really work for him). The pic I attached is from my last market place but I can't find any that I can go to in the next few weeks so I'm wanting to vent/need advice on what to do. Where can I sell online so people could just come to my house and pick them up? I live in Donna, TX btw (RGV area). So please if anyone could help and give me any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it 🤍

I'm struggling with what to buy for my baby. MIL has taken my idea to buy baby a rocking horse and has already bought her that for Christmas (another story) so feel like i need to get something better but I'm struggling for ideas. Can anyone help?

Is SHEIN a scam?

Every time I open the app, I am asked to spin a fortune wheel and when I win gifts, I am given the condition that I have to order some stuff before the gifts will be shipped to me. When I go ahead to order stuff, I only get what I paid for and not the gifts.
Is SHEIN a scam or am I doing something wrong?

3rd anniversary leather gift

I’m struggling what to buy my husband for our third anniversary - it’s leather, so obviously thoughts a belt but that’s just a bit boring.

Asking for help…

I hate making a post like this, but I’m swallowing my pride and hoping you guys can help me. 🩵

My youngest turned ONE on Saturday. 🥹 And while I know, truly, that presents aren’t what birthdays are about, it still broke my heart that the only people who got him anything were me, his dad, and his siblings.

His own family didn’t get him a single thing for his first birthday.

I know times are hard right now. I know everyone has their own families, bills, struggles, and priorities, and I would never expect anyone to buy my child a gift. But as his mom, it hurts knowing that a milestone this big came and went without the people who are supposed to love him showing up for him.

So I’m going to do something that feels incredibly uncomfortable for me and share his Amazon wishlist here. If you’re in a position to do so and want to send this sweet boy a little something, it would mean more to us than you probably realize. 🩵

It doesn’t have to be anything big or expensive. A little book, a toy, something silly, or even just a card would make him feel loved.

I know he doesn’t understand who bought what right now. But someday, when he’s older, I want him to be able to look back at his first birthday and know that even when some of the people closest to him didn’t show up, there were still people in this world who chose to show him love.

Starting to get Christmas sorted (don't judge!) and thinking of getting a Toniebox for my little boy as he loves music and dancing. However, the price of the actual box and how crazy expensive every tonie is, is making me think really hard if it's worth it.

Every year I have watched people on YouTube unbox these expensive advent calendars from brands like Mac and benefit. I would like to buy myself one this year because I have worked hard and I’m going to be in my third trimester by December. Each one I look at doesn’t really have exactly what I’m after. If I’m spending £100-200 on something I really want to use over 90% of the products. Here’s my question, out of all of the ones I’ve looked at I have 3 top choices OR I could take the money I would spend and buy things I actually want and wrap them myself like a saddo. What do you think?
