ovulation and frozen donation

hey guys. I'm on cycle #3, and really wanting to.get this positive! now I know frozen sperm doesn't live as long in the body as fresh, but cycle 1 I inseminated at my peak, and 12 hours after. cycle 2 I inseminated 45 hours after my first positive ovulation test (multiple reasons why is happened that far away). when do you think the best time to inseminated would be after first positive ovulation test, with only 1 donation?
