My feet were HUGE! I had no way of getting any of the shoes on even flip flops were painful. I worked in a factory and could barely get my work boots on in the mornings
Mine were like that the last 2 weeks of pregnancy and postpartum. I had one pair of shoes that were a size too big that were snug and wore crocs to the hospital
My whole lower legs were swollen like that my entire 3rd trimester. I sprained an ankle and that made it worse for sure but they both were that bad and man I know what you’re going through.
Yes took 7 month after and my feet still arnt a 100% normal like I went up a shoe size
my feet/below the knee would get swollen like this the majority of my 3rd trimester then i think 2.5/2 weeks before i delivered my thighs started to as well. i ended up having preeclampsia
Ever since my first pregnancy. I suffer the same thing all the time now.
They go back to normal after 3-4 days
Omg my feet got hugeee! So much swelling. Up to my knees 😅😅 mine was form varicose veins tho
Mine were just like that if not bigger my third trimester. I ended up having preeclampsia. You should let your dr know asap.
Compression socks!
Mine were the worst after labor !! Super scary even lol but it did go down esp after being given iron pills since I was told I lost a lot of blood snd was low.
Elevate, elevate every chance u get and lots of massage, put these men to use (my doctor said that not me) 🤪🤪
Mine weren't that bad I don't think but I did suffer with swollen feet - I mean wearing flip flops in November going in and coming out of hospital because I couldn't bear the pressure of my trainers 😂 my mum and community mw said to elevate my legs to help ease the pressure
They were so sore and heavy
My legs, ankles, toes 😣😣

My feet were swollen like this after I gave birth to my daughter. I kept my feet elevated and over time they went down.
I ended up having preeclampsia bc I was so swollen and not breathing
I had swollen feet was water tention x
This only happened to me after I gave birth due to having a c section happened during pregnancy but wasn’t that bad it disappeared within two weeks
I never have but the severity of some of these cases, y'all should really talk to your care providers
Mine swelled at 24 weeks and stayed swollen (and got worse) for rest of my first pregnancy. I tried keeping them elevated, soaking them, ice packs... nothing helped. This time around I’ve been trying compression socks and have noticed less swelling on days I wear them compared to when I don’t.
Yes lmfao one would be the other wouldnt
I had swollen feet and fingers and was diagnosed with preeclampsia at 38+6 weeks and had an emergency c-section

My feet were out of control
That was me!!! No shoes fit me 😒😒😒
Went from a size 7.5 to barely a 10. Even wore two pairs of compression socks! They diagnosed me with preeclampsia 2 days before I had an emergency delivery! It was awful.

I was diagnosed minutes after giving birth
I was awfully swollen postpartum. Couldn’t fit into the sweat pants I brought to hospital for going home. Drink lots of water and keep you feet elevated.
Has swollen feet. I wear size 7 1/2 shoes and ended up having to wear size 10 for most of my pregnancy. I ended up developing HELLP syndrome, and had an emergency c-section at 36 weeks.
Lime juice & ginger help ALOT

I don’t have any pictures but my feet were so swollen during the end of my pregnancy but it was nothing compared to how swollen they got after delivery.
I had swollen feet with both of my pregnancies. No preeclampsia and no pain associated with it but still no fun and definitely not cute. I hated it.
Omg yes! I ended up with preeclampsia and the swelling didn’t go down for a couple weeks PP 😩
I had pretty swollen feet too and what helped me was drinking water with a pinch or two of pink Himalayan salt in it.
Yep, I was swollen head to toe when I was pregnant... even my tongue swelled up
My feet started swelling at 13 weeks. I ended up with severe preeclampsia and hellp syndrome. I gained at least 30 lbs of fluid within the 2 weeks before I had my son at 31 weeks. I have stretch marks on my ankles, if that tells you any thing. I used compression socks & slept with my feet up. It was so painful to walk.
nope i didnt
yes after i delivered my daughter. it was so hard for me to walk about i just stood off my feet as much as i could and drink alot of water
By 7th month I didn’t even want walk smh whenever I went to the stores I had to get those automatic carts that are for the handicap but it was so painful to walk I had to! I tried compression socks and stockings but they would make me hot or the just make my thighs feel swollen. Terrible that was the worst part of my pregnancy. They didn’t go back to their normal size until almost two months after giving birth! 😳

Same!
No, never had any swelling. But I ate normally (healthy, clean diet-no "eating for two") and continued my normal fitness regime 5-8 days/wk for the 41 weeks. Those 2 things kept me from experiencing any negative pregnancy symptoms - not to mention is makes the bounce back very easy
My feet and ankles looked like THIGHS! One of the hardest preggo symptoms for me!!! I feel for you ladies.. I legit couldn't walk some days
Omg! Yes!! My feet were sooo awful!

YES! Omg 😩
Was that your kid lol
Seeing Jessica post this photo it was like looking at my own feet/legs while pregnant with my first. I always retained so much water, even when I wasn’t pregnancy, the. During pregnancy it just escalated so quickly. The pain, having to get special shoe, orthotics. The whole experience was so terrible- I thought I was eating healthy and drinking plenty of water... The with my third pregnancy, I had completely cut out dairy (about months before getting pregnant) and didn’t swell up once. Not. Once. The doctor told me that dairy & water retention didn’t really make sense, but it was the ONLY thing I had changed (and have avoided since).
Yessssss‼️‼️ I wear a six and my feet were so swollen I was in a 7.5 til 1 month after pregnancy and still wear a 7. They didn’t even go back down now I’m mad because I’ve spent WAYYYY TOO MUCH MONEY on my shoe collection for none of these damn shoes to fit

Omg yes!! Only started going down after birth, took a while though!
My feet were swollen until after I gave birth! My husband would draw “tattoos” on my feet to make me feet better about them. Lol nice little flowers with different colors. nothing helped me.
Giving birth both times is what got rid of my swelling 😂 I had to wear uggs the whole time because nothing else fit but I think the worst part is that I kept getting ingrown toe nails and am still dealing with them 🤦🏻♀️
Vitamin C tablets have always helped me when I have water retention. Prior to being pregnant I would take @ 2000mg of vitamin C as necessary. If you are not sure how much to take for your body look up instructions for vitamin C bowel tolerence. This means you take vitamin until.your body says okay thats enough. If you are pregnant I wouldn't go over 1,000mg per day short term because excess vitamin C can harm baby.

My Mother who os a retired Midwife gave me vitaminC as soon as I returned home it did help
Yep! My feet were swollen after having a C-Section. I couldn't wear normal shoes but it all went away 3 months later. I didn't really do anything about it, that's what my doctor told me, to not worry and it was going to go away

I had a C-section as well I didnt know there was a connection between the two
That looks like severe preclaimpsia which I had. You should get checked out for that. Seriously. Get them to do a 24 hr urine collection if you aren’t having enough symptoms for a diagnosis.
