Girl, same issue here! I’ve done more coffee, like a few cups in the morning. I try to exercise (if I can get out of bed earlier). Have encouraging friends who feed life and love into me. Take naps whenever humanly possible, even in the car for 15 min (set my phone’s alarm). Give yourself a break, this is an incredibly difficult and seemingly impossible task at times! Do what you can, when you can. Don’t do too much. Be proud of what you do during each day, don’t beat yourself up for what you didn’t get the chance to do. Focus on the positive. ❤️

I’ve been so much better since restarting yoga, in an actual studio not in my home.

I’m type 1 diabetic so for me (and I think for most people even if they aren’t type 1 diabetic) is cutting back sugar/ carbs, drinking more water, taking a good vitamin/ mineral supplement, more electrolytes, getting more fresh air and sunlight, taking long breaks from screen time if you can, and also finding people who lift you up when you’re feeling down. 💖 That’s a lot but you can try something in that list, even if one of those things sounds like a good idea, one step at a time mama! You got this! 🫶🏻

Years ago I used to use maca root powder to keep my energy up. It worked wonders.

Genuinely curious if anyone else is struggling sexually? I just dont have the sex drive since being pregnant and get all squirmy when my partner tries to touch me. Its not that I dont want to be intimate with him I just Genuinely dint like the thought of him touching me intimately since giving birth i dont know if its pain or like a mental block ahaa 🤷‍♀️

Looking for friends

Hi im looking for mom friends that I can turn to. Im 30 almost 31, my daughter is 5 almost 6 and I have a son who is just about 7 months. I dont use social media like I used to but Instagram is what I mainly use. Im 420 friendly and not here to judge anyone's business. If you are looking for a ontario bestie let's be friends 🧡

SMP / UC

Does anyone know if im able to claim UC whilst earning SMP. My Contract is due to end in November by this point ill be on SMP Only. But im entitled to still claim until January which is my qualifying period. I technically won’t be employed as my employment ends in Nov but will still have SMP.

If so, does anyone know how nuch approximately? Am I able to find work up to a certain amount of hours & still claim UC?

Ive never been unemployed and first baby so no idea what support is actually available

Anyone else prescribed a higher dosage of vitamin D at their 12 week appointment before receiving blood test results ?

Apparently it’s been recently advised for pregnant women to take higher dosages of vitamin D throughout thier pregnancy
