Girl, same issue here! I’ve done more coffee, like a few cups in the morning. I try to exercise (if I can get out of bed earlier). Have encouraging friends who feed life and love into me. Take naps whenever humanly possible, even in the car for 15 min (set my phone’s alarm). Give yourself a break, this is an incredibly difficult and seemingly impossible task at times! Do what you can, when you can. Don’t do too much. Be proud of what you do during each day, don’t beat yourself up for what you didn’t get the chance to do. Focus on the positive. ❤️

I feel the same way. I’m pregnant though. Good luck hope you get your energy soon.

I take more vitamins.

Drink lots of water and take a multi vitamin daily

It really makes a difference

I’ve been so much better since restarting yoga, in an actual studio not in my home.

I’m type 1 diabetic so for me (and I think for most people even if they aren’t type 1 diabetic) is cutting back sugar/ carbs, drinking more water, taking a good vitamin/ mineral supplement, more electrolytes, getting more fresh air and sunlight, taking long breaks from screen time if you can, and also finding people who lift you up when you’re feeling down. 💖 That’s a lot but you can try something in that list, even if one of those things sounds like a good idea, one step at a time mama! You got this! 🫶🏻

Years ago I used to use maca root powder to keep my energy up. It worked wonders.
