Sick kid?

So my two-year-old daughter has had the diarrhea for a little over two weeks. This morning she threw up one time. Then later this evening she had a very explosive diarrhea diaper where it was coming out all ends. She has an appointment this Thursday. Should I try taking her in sooner or just wait for the appointment?
