UPDATE: I HAD MY BABY 🤣 IN MAY Tired of my Maternity Uniform

I’m so tired of wearing tights and shirts ☹️ I went to Ross to look for maternity clothes and it was legit empty!!! I’m starting to believe that people who are not pregnant are buying maternity clothes! I am 6 months pregnant and I would like to find some cute dresses for work and reasonable jeans. Motherhood Maternity is a bit pricy

I need to checkout target then! Thanks!

I buy maternity clothes still cause I’m fat and plus size clothes look like old grandma clothes and I hate it 🙄

Aww don’t say that 😭😭😭 you’ll great in anything we just have trouble finding clothes

It’s hard to find clothes I feel like all the clothes I like are large and XL 😭

lol you are not wrong! I was shopping in Ross once and saw one my aunts friends shopping in the maternity section next to me. I asked my aunt if her friend was pregnant because she was grabbing jeans and leggings and she was like oh no she likes shopping in the section because nothing fits her and hides her belly like maternity clothes does.. I felt bad for asking lol

😂😂😂 right?! That’s why us mamas can’t find anything 😒

I purchased a lot of dresses from Old Navy they always have sales and there Swing dresses are comfortable and cute for work. I didn’t purchase there maternity line just a size bigger in regular or petite because I’m short.

I love old navy but some of the material they use works my soul by shrinking or something 😭

Girl that’s what I said when I went to Ross like wth

Me too! I just started wearing bigger cloths

Yes like we can’t find anything Smhh I was so bothered and annoyed 😒

Amazon and Walmart!

Amazon is addicting but I like trying on my clothes first 😭😭😭

H&M Maternity online 👍🏼

Oh what?! Didn’t know they had a maternity line

They sure do! Check it out online - the jeans are great! So comfortable and stylish- you can find all that you need reasonably priced 😊

Burlington also has maternity clothes.

All of my maternity stuff came from Target and Motherhood Maternity’s clearance racks 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am not sure how you feel about consignment/ thrift stores. I got quite a number of pretty tops and pants.

Hi all, wow! There really is so much more that you can do and have fun with your baby bump. Try regular clothing and bump up sizes. With exception to pants you do not have to actually wear "maternity" items. Wrap dresses, maxi dresses and colorful fun prints. Playful accesories like scarves or sashes under bust to show off your baby bump, hats, bags galore and colorful sandles / flip flops. Google stuff. See Pinterest for ideas. BIG HUG

So true I have been wearing non maternity clothes and even shirts I just go up a size and /or get tunics to wear.

Do they have to maternity clothes ? Have you tried wearing regular clothes and picking the size that best fits you and still look fly and classy ? I know when I was carrying my son I didn’t to much care for maternity clothes I just went size up in everything that was comfortable for me.

I can no longer wear jeans they are either too tight at the calves or thighs I tried looking into maternity jeans but haven’t found any in my neighborhood 😩 I’ve worn regular shirts in extra large but I’m having trouble finding decent pants that fit nice so resorted to tights

I liked Burlington for maternity clothes. I also went to a few thrift stores

I had luck at Burlington, Ross (sometimes), Old Navy, and H&M .

Old navy & H&M. Also thyme has good sales.

Target .... Walmart have been my go to stores

Dude. Facebook marketplace! 💯

I literally buy everything from Facebook marketplace!!

Target sometimes has a good selection of pants. That's where I got alot of stuff.

I went to Marshall's before and they had a section

Go to goodwill or other thrift shops I have gotten tons of good stuff from there !

ASOS.com! Easy to buy and return online. They have cheap, cute styles.

Poshmark! It takes some digging but you can make offers on the clothing and you can find great deals on there. I just bought 5 pairs of motherhood maternity pants for $70 in great condition and am thrifting the tops from goodwill

If you are ok with gently used stuff, Threadup.com is where I got most of my maternity stuff. I got like 6 dresses, a couple skirts and a couple t-shirts for like $100 total. It was great

Old Navy

Definitely old navy that’s where I got all of my maternity clothes when I was pregnant

Swap.com is where I got some things. It’s not just for maternity clothes either :) it’s lightly used clothes for like $5...at least it was when I was pregnant a couple years ago

Try Target! They have a whole section of maternity and it’s such cute clothes!

I always go to target! They have cute clothes and they don’t cost too much!

I agree I found target and Oldnavy to be really good with sizes and variety for maternity clothes.

I shop at motherhood they have good sales, Macy’s, jcp & fashion nova old navy too

Never pay full price for motherhood maternity. They always have sales and they’re overpriced as it is. Sometimes you can get some affordable staples.

Def try thrift stores. And have u gone to multiple Ross stores? That's where I've got mine.

Yes! My favorites I found at value village, savers and unique.

I was maternity ready in H&M! Their nursing bras are crap though don’t bother with them 😂

Pink blush maternity online has the best clothes!!

Burlington has a small selection of stuff...but honestly for most of my pregnancy I just sized up in stretchy regular clothes! Tunic and hi-low tops are great for this!

Yess thats where I get my maternity clothes from, them and Fashionova curve and an online boutique called sexy mama maternity

Honestly jcpenny and dillards sometimes has cute stuff for a good price

Old Navy has some cute maternity dresses- I just bought 3 for $50 during a weekend sale! Also picked up a cute one at H&M for $25

I found some great stuff on zulily!! They have literally 1,000's of choices!! Check it out. I got a ton and spent under $200.

Aww thank you everyone!!! I finally had my baby girl 5 weeks ago lol Just waiting for my belly to go down to feel comfortable wearing high waisted jeans

I wore long dresses, maxi or anything like that. They dont have to be maternity so theyre cheaper and easier to find, plus theyre pretty and you can still wear them after your baby is born 🙂

Target has a cute line of maternity wear for a reasonable price.

Amazon has some cute cheap maternity dresses/outfits I did a lot of mine at Burlington and Target. That was only for going out in public. At home I just wore pajama bottoms and big T-shirts

Girl goodwill ... I bought so many dresses there when I was pregnant! It’s cheap AF and reasonable quality for something you only wear for a few moths lol

When I was pregnant I shopped in the plus-sized section of Walmart & got racked up on a million dresses (summer pregnancy). I also grabbed a few from Target when I was earlier in my pregnancy.

So do they show your tummy or do they hide it a bit because I'm trying to find something that doesn't have everyone looking at my tummy and knowing that I am pregnant. I really don't want all of that extra attention just want to carry in peace lol

Try to find used clothes in facebook marketplace or on ebay. You'll only wear them for a short while so you dont need a ton. I've been wearing a lot of maxi skirts pulled up over the gut (not maternity either so I can wear them later) with sized up tshirts tied abobe my belly. You can always buy some maternity stuff from amazon but just try to keep it affordable and buy things that you can wear multiple times a week without it being too obvious (I have 2 black maternity dresses, a black skirt, one pair of denim shorts, a few block colored or striped maternity tees that I swap in and out of during the week).

Facebook market place, buy buy baby you can use the 20% off bed bath beyond coupons at

I found good and affordable clothes at H&M. They also have cute baby and kids clothes but not every H&M has a kids and maternity section.

Old navy has cute maternity clothes for every stage of being pregnant. I had the same problem.
