Night time.e struggle

Hi I have toddler and newborn, my husband helps alot when home with both kids, it's just his work requires him to work night shifts also and becomes really hard for me to look after both kids , baby 3 months colic crying and toddler can't stay alone even at day time ,as toddler also needs me at night time (or husband if he is home) this thing is really stresses me out.
