Postpartum feels!

So I had my daughter Sunday evening and she is my second. The pains this time round are unreal and the bleeding. Can't even remember bleeding for more than a day on my first. My belly has gone down which is great but still feeling all crampy and gross. Can anyone else relate? Me and my daughter haven't been home yet as she is in special care so that makes things worse.
