12 month old sleep
Hey ladies, I am struggling with my son’s sleep. He wakes up every night around 2:30 am and won’t go back to sleep until 4:30am.
I already dropped to one nap during the day and put him ro sleep at 7:30pm at night.
Has anyone been through something similar ?

Been going through the same for a while now my LO is one next week and will wake 2:30/3 most nights
Yep we had a similar problem for a while. I had to resort to cosleeping to prevent it
Does he cry or scream from 2-4 or is he just awake?

It is just awake, he usually tries to go back to sleep but doesn’t succeed
As long as he is not screaming or upset I would just leave him if u can, if hes not waking other family members. He will eventually stop waking up if he not getting any interaction. X
