How does this work?

Is it like Facebook for mom friends? This is literally how i know I’m getting so old (40 in December). I have no idea about platforms, tic tok, Instagram, the only thing i know how to use, is Facebook, and apparently if you use Facebook, you’re considered “old”, according to my 18 yo. Can someone guide me on this, give me some basic tips? 🤣
