My 15 month old is waking almost every hour 😩😩

Her total sleep needs could have changed, so like either need a slightly later bedtime / and or wakeup time or maybe move from two to one naps?

She only has 1 sleep a day if she even does that. It doesn't seem to matter what time she goes to sleep, wakes or whether she sleeps during the day or not. It's still the same issue
Has she always been a frequent signaller?

Shes had her moments with sleep, mostly when she's been unwell is it bad but now she's healthy and there's really no reason for to be waking so often.
Does she sleep well once you co-sleep?

Unfortunately no, she still wakes up sooky and the only way to settle her is to give her a bottle. She no longer has a dummy (she gave it up herself).
My daughter is the same she has her cot next to my bed and preferes to sleep in my bed and still wakes up many times. Every time she wakes up she cries for me to cuddle her to sleep. I kinda spoiled her because I don’t want her to over cry and wakes up my husband, he needs his sleep because he goes to work and he helps me a lot when he’s back. Hopefully they grow out of it soon. I’m also very tired. Hang in there mama.
