Tens machine

Hi everyone 👋 I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and suffering with a bad back, I suffered with a bad back before pregnancy. Does anyone know if it is safe to use a tens machine. I have tried to Google but I’m not getting a clear answer.

Hi, I've hired a tens machine. I'm suffering with terrible back ache too so was hoping that I could use it day to day however my booklet says not to use it unless you are in labour. I've read that if used too early (particularly before 38 weeks) that it can bring on early labour but like the say, there are no clear answers. Try googling acupuncture pressure points for relieving back ache in pregnancy in the mean time x
