Routines for 10 month old

Could you comment your daily routine from wake up to bedtime? Including naps (and how long), bottles and meals etc please

0630 wake up and 8oz milk
0730 breakfast
0930-1100 nap
1100 snack
1230 lunch
1430-1530 nap
1530 snack
1700 dinner
1930 bed after 8oz milk

I just follow his lead so am not strict with timing but this is generally what we do ☺️

Nap 2-3:30ish
Bottle 5oz when wakes from nap

9/9:30am breakfast (porridge with fruit purée)
Throughout morning cold drinks
12:30pm lunch (food and fruit snack)
13:00-13:30pm nap
15:00 wake up and cold drinks
17:00-17:30pm dinner (food and fruit snacks)
18:30pm bath time (lavender bubble bath)
19:00pm after bath baby massage in his bedroom with minimal lighting
19:30-20:00pm bottle (210mls warmed)

Timings may change a little depending on what time he woke up and what we have done today and nappy changes throughout! I hope this helps 😊 x

Ladies, what brand of coconut oil are you using for your curly baby’s hair? And how often ate you using it?

Please can someone help me with my mixed baby

Hi my little boy is nearly 2 and he is mixed Zimbabwean and white he has different tones of curls in his hair to bottom of his head he has loose curls and top of his head is more like a Afro type curls every day his hair needs saturating but it matts so quick his curls go to frizzy knots please help because I hate brushing his hair it hurts him I’ve tried wetting we use only curls and cantu products and aloe Vera coconut oil curl cream and detangle stuff it still hurts him even brush in bath so my question is

Can I braid his hair to help him with maintenance and get like a wave hair cap for bed ? What else can I do to help him to stop the matted hair

I’m a bit worried about getting his hair braided cause he’s so small and still his hair is delicate he has beautiful curls too please can anyone advise or help thanks

Bottle refusal

EBF and deciding I want a bit more flexibility so wanted to introduce a bottle so I can go out more.

She used to take one three months ago. Now she flat out refuses and cries - doesn’t matter if it’s expressed breastmilk or formula. Tried it in a sippy cup as well. What can I do?

Long night wakings and exhaustion

My 4 week old wakes once/ twice in the night. Problem is that the wake period is really long. It’s not that he’s awake for the whole time, but he struggles to get comfy again in his next to me. It often means I’m awake from about 2-4am and then he wakes again around 6 and we don’t get back to sleep after that one. We don’t get to sleep until around 10:30/11 as that is when he has his evening feed. My toddler is also waking in the night too sometimes. I’m so so tired that I can’t think straight and I’m also doing nursery runs/ looking after a toddler at the same time as a newborn and just feeling really overwhelmed. My husband helps out but he’s back at work and is knackered too. Is anyone else having similar issues?

Formula suggestions

Hey! We are new to the United States and we are struggling to find a good formula, we are currently using bubs grass fed formula (pictured below) and we use Karicare (also pictured) back at home. We are looking for something similar that comes in a bigger can as the bubs one is only 20 OZ so we are having to buy 2 cans p/w
