Has anyone conceived before having their large endometrioma removed?
I have a 6cm endometrioma, and have a laparoscopy in a few months. The doctor said chances of conception will be higher if I have it removed, but I was just curious, has anyone conceived with an endometrioma or was just about to have it removed and conceived?

I personally haven't but my doctor has told me stories of having to do c-sections and find large, 10+ cm, endometriomas on women who never even knew they were there. So it's definitely possible.
