Stuffy nose with back molars?

Daughter is cutting her back molars and it’s taking forever :( Have your littles had stuffy noses when doing that? Last week I thought she had an ear ache but they said it was molars and today she’s a little stuffy

Yup same boat with my son. Thank God he broke though his fever. He still have his running nose though.
