No bleeding after a sweep
Does no bleeding or cramps after a sweep mean it didn’t work? Or can it still induce labour? My consultant said my cervix looked like it was preparing for labour and it was favourable? Also that it rated a 6. What does all this mean?
She also said it was soft and very short?

I had my sweep on the Wednesday and went into labour on the Saturday. I didn’t bleed but in those days between the sweep and labour I lost my mucus plug

If nothing happened then your body is not ready for labor. Its just to help naturally induce labor. For me right after the sweep about 15mins in I had bleeding and contractions with my first and went into labor right away.
