Sex and walk a lot my daughter was born 3 days late, but after her due date passed I started walking a lot and had sex.

Sex! I now believe it really does help! My DH and I DTD last night around 3am, made sure to keep my hips elevated after we were done to keep it all inside for close to 30 minutes. By 7am I woke up to terrible contractions and by 9am we were at the hospital and by 10:33am, our little boy finally arrived. And I was early! 38 weeks and 3 days! He's perfectly healthy ❤️ Sperm can help soften the cervix.

My OB recommended evening primrose at 38 weeks.

Try drinking pineapple juice or taking a table spoon of castor oil. I used that on both my kids

If nothing works you can be induced at 39 weeks. It’s better if you’re dilated, or if not inducing might help you dilate for a natural.

Not sure if every state is the same, but I'm in Florida and I was told they no longer will induce until you're 41 weeks(unless your water breaks first or your health is at risk or babies). They said they were inducing babies before they were ready to come out and they would end up in NICU, when really, all they needed was more time in the womb. They suggested the exercise ball, walking, nipple simulation, and sex(sperm can help soften the cervix) to help things move along. Hang in there mama! The last few weeks always feel like the longest.
