Almost 15 months old is tippy toe walking and grunting

My LO will be 15 months on the 17th of January. Last week she started to walk on her tippy toes. Not all the time but enough I’ve noticed and am concerned. She has also started to grunt and get angry when she is not getting her way or doesn’t want something. Prior to last week she would tell us no by shaking her head or baby signing all done if she didn’t want or like something. What’s with this new behaviour? Is this developmentally normal and will pass or is this start of something more aka autism? I also want to point out she is very active. Is almost always on the go doing laps around the house. Has more than 10 words. Signs quite a few baby sign language signs and has been walking since 11 months. I may be paranoid but just want some perspective on this. Signed worried mom.
