Do be careful with liver. It’s iron rich, but not advised in pregnancy due to high amounts of vitamin a which can be dangerous for baby.

I have to have IV iron transfusions weekly due to my levels at hospital, but this is due to me having IBD! I’m here right now having one 🥰
