I do gaviscon in every other bottle so use gas drops in the other ones x
@Steph what brand gas drops do you use? Do you find your little one is constipated off the gaviscon?x
We use Co Lactase as they are instant instead of having to put them in the bottle 30 minutes before feeding. Honestly i have no idea if they help or not! We used the max dosage of gaviscon and his poops were small and clay like and i could see we were heading for trouble so i halved the dose and now he poops absolutely fine! I do sometimes find he has trapped wind though but other times he seems fine! He hasnt been sick since using the gaviscon and it sounds less like hes choking on his saliva but theres still other reflux symptoms there so we’re gonna give it a few more days and see how it goes before going back to the dr
We gave out bub infacol and baby gaviscon. The doctor prescribed the gaviscon but not a prescription medicine. The pharmacist also said it was ok to take both. Maybe just check with your local pharmacist?
