I was excited to start next week after months of tests but I found out I have low antibodies for Rubella so I took the MMR jab today which delays us by 2 months
I had a slightly different timeline just to explain how things can vary. So my collection was June last year but didnt transfer until October. The delay orginally was to try and supress endometriosis so it was pre decided to freeze. I did also get Covid and the clinic had a policy that there must be 2 months between covid and a transfer. My new clinic however, have said that they would want to do a fresh transfer if possible after my next cycle. They dont want to treat the endometriosis. Polar opposite opinions, so there is definitely a degree of variability between clinics. Good luck xx
Hey, I’ve recently gone through my first round and suffered with moderate OHSS. Stims/egg collection was back in early October and we were finally able to transfer last week after waiting 2 cycles. Everyone is different though so depends how your body reacts to what your clinic decide. Good luck ✨
@Jessica So for you everything took 2 cycles? Hope it was successful 🤞
@Gixi can you refuse that jab or without it NHS won’t agree to do IVF?😱
