Teeth grinding!

Hello everyone, just looking for some advice or anything really!🤣 My little girl is 15 months old and has started grinding her teeth the last two days! And it’s not just the odd time it’s CONSTANT! and as much as I can’t stand the sound 😵‍💫 surely that can’t be good for her teeth! Has anyone else’s little one done this? And how do I make her stop🤣😭 Thank you In advance🫶🏽

I discussed this with a dentist at my little one’s first dentist appt! The noise scares me 😂 She said it’s very common and totally normal and babies just do it because they’re learning that their teeth are there and it all feels new and funny. She said not to worry at all! He has since stopped, thank goodness! No more listening to the noise 😂

My daughter does this all time and I honestly don’t no how to stop it apart from giving her something to distract her also feels like when you tell them off for it they just do it more and louder x
