6 month sleep regression??

Is there a sleep regression at 6 months because he went he through it at 4 months and it was bloody hell. We had a good week off him sleeping normally and now the last few nights he’s been up every hour again and thinking it’s acceptable to be up at 3.30-4am and I’m absolutely exhausted and can’t do this no more. It’s 6am and he’s currently laying on the bed as I gave up with him and he’s chatting away whilst I’m close to tears because I’m exhausted.

My LG didn’t have a 4 month sleep regression. She is 6 months on Monday and omg. I’ve gone from having a LG who goes down within 15 mins and sleeps through to it taking an hour at least for bedtime and waking every 2 hours if I’m lucky’

Sounds like my 15 month old she was sick over new years for about 9 days with some type of virus and her sleep schedule has been off the wall ever since

I thought I’d have at least a month of good sleep before he started again but it was only a week 😩 at least I can prepare myself and go out and buy loads of energy drinks 😂 x

6 month regression? What's that 🤣😭 I've had my son wake up every hour since he was 8 weeks old he's now 6 months old today. He sleeps no longer than an hour. I'm killed off and exhausted. Also he doesn't let me put him down so I either have to sleep with him on my chest or put him by my side. It's been a killer, I'm so tired out at 6 months.

That sounds like a killer your a super woman. I used to struggle to put him down. Have you tried putting a blanket between you and him when getting him off to sleep and then when he’s asleep slowly lower him keeping the blanket on him so he thinks he’s still with you and has that comfort. I done that with my son and the second he stirs all I have to do is give him his blanket and he’ll snuggle it and fall back asleep. X

@Darcy indeed that is true, I keep telling myself it is all a phase and though it’s exhausting it’ll be over soon
