I just handed my MATB1 form that my midwife gave me to my employer xx
I have got my MATB1 form just totally forgot about it 🫠😂 thank you x
SMP isn’t a benefit, it’s essentially holiday/sick pay. You need to give your MatB1 form to your employer with your preferred start date and your employer will pay you.
