7 month old dropping to 2 naps?
My 7 month old has recently been fighting her last nap and when we do get her down it's only 15-20 minutes (we always capped the last nap at 30 minutes anyway). Does this mean she is dropping to 2 naps? But her wake windows haven't increased she's still at 2.5 -3 hour wake windows so I don't see how she can only have 2 naps. First time mum here so any advice appreciated!

If she is dropping a nap you'll probably find you'll have some days with three naps and others with two. It is a bit of a process and won't happen over night and you'll just have to take each day as it comes in terms of timings and routine. Also, I've found now that we are settling into two naps a day my babys naps are getting longer again.
