Iv tried sauces and topping on toast and she screams at me. Toast and pasta had to be dry
Oh I feel for you! I dread meal times for this exact reason. Sometimes she’ll eat most of the time will spit it out and throw it on the floor but I just keep offering anyway nothing else we can do 😭 Does your LO like rice? Mine enjoys even plain white boiled rice on its own or with lentils and she likes spaghetti with meatballs and strips of meat/chicken with veg if you want to try any of that! Good luck X
Try smoothies they are easy and tasty and my sons the same way I just started him on pediasure since he wasn’t eating a lot either and it works for us!
I would give her what she likes but also give other new foods with it, don’t expect her to touch it but after a few times of seeing other foods on the plate she should get curious to try it. My lo went through a not eating stage and still gets fussy he’s the same age, if he doesn’t eat what I give then I will take him out his chair and try again in half hour or so, and still if not then he will just wait until the next snack/meal time for something else. That seems to work for us. Although I wouldnt ever give him something that I know for sure he doesn’t eat xx
Different blends of veg and tomatoes on the pasta. Healthy toppings on toast? I think it's just trial and error, with a lot of patients. Does she eat snacks? X
