Pregnancy pains

Hello lovely ladies! I’m 30 weeks pregnant and baby is kicking and moving a lot right now so all seems good there but I’m having quite a bit of sharp pain on my right side around the same height area as my belly button, every 30 seconds or so a tight twinge that last about a second! Anyone know what this is as its bare-able but it is painful/uncomfortable so just wondering if it’s normal and what it might be x Thanks xx

Could be braxton Hicks. Wait a few hours and see if they stay and if they do then contact the 24/7 maternity number and explain what's wrong. They will be able to tell you if they believe you should come get checked

Yeah. Also make sure you are not leaving hot water bottle on stomach. I suggest the back but not anywhere near stomach area. And not for long periods of time
